I have had lung problems my whole life, I’m asthmatic and now a heavy dabber, I am now wheezing and sometimes having a hard time catching my breath, yes I know I need to exercise more but it’s definitely some gunk in my lungs, I was suggested by a few people to try mullein, I have made some teas with some fresh leaves I aquired, one with the straight leaves and one with the leaves in a steep bag, I am gonna try the bagged one tonight and let the effects kinda work during the night and hopefully I’ll cough up some gunk in the morning, I’m going to try the straight leaves tomorrow night and see if it works even better, I will attach a video so you can see my reaction on the taste♥️♥️
